Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Moral Fibres harmless from and against all losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable lawyers’ fees, court costs, and other litigation and arbitration expenses) related to or arising from: (a) negligent acts or omissions or intentional misconduct with respect to your use of the Website or your violation of these terms; or (b) claims for infringement of the proprietary rights of any third party resulting from your use of the Website in violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The design, images and content of the Website are, unless otherwise stated, our property or our licensors’ property, and is protected by copyright laws.

Submissions
Ownership If you submit content to the us (including without limitation any text, photograph, graphics, video or audio), you grant us an irrevocable, transferable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, distribute and display in public that content in any form and media on or in connection with the Website, at no cost to us and for as long as we require and you warrant that you own or have rights to the intellectual property in such content and have the right to grant this licence.
